Gender Policy
Introduction and Purpose:
GRLO is committed to ensuring equal opportunities, rights, and access to resources for all individuals, regardless of their gender. (c)- GRLO will ensure that all individuals, regardless of gender, have equal access to resources, opportunities, and services within the organization.
(d)- GRLO is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all individuals, including addressing any violations of this policy and providing appropriate support and resources to those who may experience gender-based violence, harassment, or discrimination.
(e)- GRLO will ensure that gender is taken into account in all aspects of its work to address different needs and priorities.
(f)- GRLO will promote gender equality and diversity in partnerships and collaborations with external partners.
(g)- GRLO will review and evaluate this Gender Policy regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective in addressing gender inequality and fostering diversity and inclusivity.
Responsibility:
(a)- GRLO leadership team will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of this Gender Policy.
(b)- All employees, volunteers, and partners of GRLO are responsible for adhering to this policy, promoting gender equality and inclusivity, and reporting any violations of this policy to the relevant authorities.
(c)- GRLO will provide regular training and capacity building opportunities for all stakeholders to promote gender equality and inclusivity.
